*Please read carefully: We take paranormal activity very seriously, if you are looking for a thrill, things to jump out of the walls, demons, objects thrown across the room, or what you see on TV, then this is not the event for you.​

*If we believe you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, if you harass, provoke, or are disrespectful, during the Investigation, you will be asked to leave immediately and will not be refunded.

This is a fundraising event, 100% of the proceeds go directly to the Russ House for renovations and repairs.

*Emerald Coast Paranormal Concepts, dba Cleansing Spiritually LLC and Jackson County TDC will not be held liable for any damages or accidents prior to, during or after the event.

Emerald Coast will provide equipment for your use, if you break it due to abuse or negligence, you pay will be held responsible.

*Cancellations We do not issue refunds, we do not issue tickets, if you decide to give your space to another, be sure to let us know one day prior to the event date. 

If you are not on the guest list, you will not be allowed to attend. ABSOLUTLY NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18. ID required at the door.
